In the early and marvellous days of the burst of artificial intelligence John McCarthy posed that the problem of enabling a system to learn is inseparable from the problem of how to express implicit knowledge and how to transform that representation in the case of error in a way that it becomes a more adequate to the task in question. In this approach it sets the idea that the generation of new thoughts initiated from old ones is directly implicated in the development of the representations in mind. This approach implied the important capacities inherent in intelligence, that is to say, creativity understood as responsible for generating new representations of the world, learning as an improvement process of cognitive capacities subject to external influence and the resolution of problems as a grouping of applied abilities to a situation or state in the world that prevents us from establishing a strategy to achieve an objective. In our innovation programs we are using AI in two complementary aspects, in the first place we treat the modelling of the thought scheme and treatment of standards in the biological systems which permit the establishment of precise comprehension of the world and behaviour which produce the progressive adaptation to more or less changing ecosystem, in the other aspect we work in the determination of the level of minimum knowledge necessary to apply synthetic analytical techniques and methods of mathematical judgement with precision and success.

These investigation works are grouped together around the Interligare innovation programs called Ingenios, Analyst Toolbox, Neo, Decide, Coa y Druida and will allow among other applications important advances which we list below.



A- Design of advanced software for developing and managing of research and intelligence production based on the concepts defined in my research works denominated as “Dual sequences for development of evidence-based research and intelligence production.”
B- Important changes in planning of theoretical and practical trainings of researchers and analysts as well as decision-makers and managers.
C- Transformation of immeasurable repository of techniques and tools necessary for the understanding reality by introducing the criteria of quantitative and qualitative weighting in the information entrance and defining the limits of applicability of the mentioned techniques for understanding and apprising of the environment.
D- Establishment of quantitative and qualitative measures allowing to appraise the rigor and the result of the processes of the agents that influence the organization and decision-makers by means of reports that describe a reality (information providers) and judging experts (advisors) that appraise this reality. In this sense it is important to mention that actually the major part of these knowledge industry agents influence negatively as rolling up with the terms used in competitive intelligence, environmental surveillance and strategic consulting they produce questionable intelligence products with regard to the production process and sought reality apprising method.
E- As for its social application, it is remarkable the possibility to restructure by means of application of structures thought methods and dual thought processes the human behaviour in every phase of its life circle with the aim to make them more efficient in understanding and action within the social ecosystems avoiding and overcoming social exclusions, labour and personal failures.

Finally and from the anthropological and quasi philosophical standpoint the assumption of all above mentioned will permit to build a vision of true reality on the basis of which the politico-social organization would be able to develop different strategies depending on the objectives, all of them solid and valid as for the possibilities of application and success. Without doubt this will elevate the politics and social actions of those responsible for establishing and managing of public resources.
